Measurements & Style Preferences: Height, body type, and style preferences (e.g., "Boho," "Minimalist") used to personalize recommendations.
Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, such as features accessed and time spent.

We use your data to provide the core functionality of the App:
To generate AI-powered outfit recommendations based on your closet and local weather.
To create your personalized virtual avatar for the "Try-On" feature.
To suggest shopping items that match your style and budget.

3. Third-Party Services (AI & Infrastructure)
We utilize trusted third-party services to power our App. Data sent to these services is anonymized where possible:
OpenAI & Claude (Anthropic): For processing style queries and outfit generation.

SERP API / Google Shopping: To fetch real-time pricing and product availability.
4. Data Deletion

TheFitChecked uses Artificial Intelligence to generate fashion advice. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee that outfit recommendations will always be suitable or that shopping items will match exactly as pictured.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. However, by uploading them, you grant TheFitChecked a license to process these images to provide the App's services (e.g., removing backgrounds, analyzing colors).
4. Subscription & Payments
Certain features may require a premium subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the period via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
