• User Content (The "Virtual Closet"): Photos of clothing you upload. These images are analyzed by AI to categorize items and are stored in our database linked to your user ID.
• Facial Data (For Avatars): If you use the "Custom Avatar" feature, you may upload a photo of your face. We use this strictly to generate a stylized 2D/3D avatar. We do not share your facial data with third parties for marketing or identification purposes.
• Measurements & Style Preferences: Height, body type, and style preferences (e.g., "Boho," "Minimalist") used to personalize recommendations.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, such as features accessed and time spent.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide the core functionality of the App:

• To generate AI-powered outfit recommendations based on your closet and local weather.
• To create your personalized virtual avatar for the "Try-On" feature.
• To suggest shopping items that match your style and budget.
• To facilitate affiliate links and shopping transactions.

3. Third-Party Services (AI & Infrastructure)

We utilize trusted third-party services to power our App. Data sent to these services is anonymized where possible:

• OpenAI & Claude (Anthropic): For processing style queries and outfit generation.
• Google Firebase: For secure data storage, authentication, and hosting.
• SERP API / Google Shopping: To fetch real-time pricing and product availability.

4. Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly within the App settings under Account > Delete Account, or by emailing us at dripped@thefitchecked.com.

Terms of Service

By downloading or using TheFitChecked, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. You agree not to use the App for any illegal purpose or to upload content that is offensive, infringing, or harmful.

2. AI & Recommendations

TheFitChecked uses Artificial Intelligence to generate fashion advice. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee that outfit recommendations will always be suitable or that shopping items will match exactly as pictured.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. However, by uploading them, you grant TheFitChecked a license to process these images to provide the App's services (e.g., removing backgrounds, analyzing colors).

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require a premium subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the period via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Our website and App may use cookies and similar tracking technologies.
